Artist Statement:

The fluidity of ink and the sponteneity of responding to what is happening in the moment engages me with open-ended possibilities.  I am an active participant, not the controller.  The process of making art for me is being "in the flow"  with the greatness of life.

Over the years I have shown my work in various settings----Berkeley Art Center, Hayward Festival of the Arts, San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and the Lawrence Hall of Science to name a few. I had the privilege of the SF Museum of Modern Art chosing me for one of their Society for the Encouragement of California Artist awards.
